Personally have no issue with this as I tend to open links with the middle mouse button which always opens it in another tab anyway.

First of all, I think that knowing basic art and/or programming makes you more valuable as a designer. You don't have to be an expert on every topic, but at least knowing it doesn't only help you create small pieces of content that help you with prototyping, it also helps you scope projects better b...
