Thanks for the code snippets, Jacco, but not all the functions are defined. For example, what does the saturate() function do?

Thank you, Jacco. The problem was that I wasn't using the w coordinate at all :P. I have not done normal smoothing yet, but the triangle interpolation is definitely working for the texture coordinates:

Thanks! I really want to, but the links I found didn't explain much so I couldn't get it working yet. That's why, to make it seem smoother, I use very high poly meshes instead :P

Nice image Jacco. Allow me to show off too :D
100k triangles, specular, soft shadows and a bunch of other things. Still renders quite quickly thanks to the bvh.
